When the goal is formulated and all expectations are mapped, then we will need only the number of participants, planned occuring time and length of conference's working day.

Taking into consideration with necessary conference equipment, we are organising and co-ordinating as effective as possible every single stage of conference project. We are checking and planning the time so we can stay in estimated budget as well as in planned time schedule.
